Note: While all classes will be hybrid, the first class on Sept. 14 will be online only due to a major event taking place at the Zen Center on that day. Zoom links will be provided to all registered participants.

In this class you’ll learn about a further, more dynamic approach to mindfulness called “Open Awareness” practice. Through this practice you begin to integrate your meditation practice with your everyday life.

This elegant teaching of the Buddha called the “Four Foundations of Mindfulness” describes the overall arc of the spiritual path of Zen.
